The Atascadero Police Foundation is excited to announce the launch of our first-ever Back-to-School Supply Drive, benefiting students in the Atascadero Unified School District (AUSD). This event is a part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our local community and ensuring every student has the tools they need to succeed.

- Fill-a-Bag Supply Distribution: August 9, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: Atascadero Police Department Parking Lot
- 5505 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422
On August 9th, we invite all AUSD students who could use extra help this year, to come by the Atascadero Police Department to “fill-a-bag” with essential school supplies. Students will be able to pack drawstring backpacks with donated supplies just in time for the new school year. We are excited to offer this opportunity to local students in need, and we encourage parents to bring their children to take advantage of this free service. Supplies are available while they last, so be sure to mark your calendar!

Additionally, we are excited to announce an extra drop-off opportunity at the Atascadero Sunken Gardens on August 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM during the National Night Out event. Join us at this great community event to drop off your donations, meet fellow community safety partners, and support a great cause.
Why Support the Drive?
All donations made to the School Supply Drive are tax-deductible and will directly benefit low-income students in our A-town community. With the start of a new school year fast approaching, it’s essential that every student has the necessary tools to succeed. Your donations will provide students with supplies such as notebooks, pencils, markers, and more.
